Sea Moss is a superfood ⭐️
, which is popular for its many uses and positive health benefits. It is known for its collagen, anti-aging properties, and, above all, as a vitality and immunity elixir. It is extremely versatile for incorporation into food, drinks, and application to hair and/or skin.
Application: Take a small handful (approx. 20-25g) of Sea Moss and rinse under running water. Then place it in a pot filled with approximately 1.5L of filtered water. Slice a lime or lemon into it to soften the fresh sea flavor. Let it steep overnight. Then place it in a blender and gradually mix with spring water (preferably Zamzam) to form a gel. Use approximately 0.5L in total, or more if needed. Store in a glass jar for up to 4 weeks and mix into food/drinks or apply externally. There is an application video under our videos.
Tip : Enjoy it on its own as a gel or seasoned with fish, Asian style. If you don't like the taste of the sea, mix the gel with applesauce or add it to a smoothie.
