In which currency do I see the prices on the website?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as soon as possible. Please allow 4-7 days production time for shipping your order, average delivery time is 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order ships. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 working days, please email us at info@barakkagroup.de.

I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned?

What if there is a problem?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned packages.
Please note: if your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and ship it back before you can receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for free! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy returns system for a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you misspelled or auto-entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. If you verify that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at info@barakkagroup.de. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide depending on location. The average delivery time is 15-25 working days.
