There are so many university studies on Q10. We were actually planning to release this product next week, with a video first, as usual. But then today we met another good friend with heart problems, and we hadn't even known about it before. ♥️

So we'll postpone posting the video. It would be nice if many people could laugh heartily again like our little Rahmatullah in the first picture. Read through it. ❤️

Super interesting, I couldn't stop being amazed. It can be a great help for people with the problems or characteristics listed. Coenzyme Q-10 acts as the engine's ignition spark for energy production in cells and is especially popular in competitive sports. So much so, that Olympic training centers are already conducting studies.

Studies have shown that performance improvements and also protection against free radicals, for example, have been achieved.

One could list everything until tomorrow, but at some point it will probably be time to “try and not just study”

During training sessions, muscles are built, and in the process, muscle cells with mitochondria are formed for energy production. This initially means that the body can produce more energy, but naturally also requires more energy. Normally, the body can produce ubiquinone (Q-10) itself and also meet its needs. However, with increasing age, illness, or with the use of certain medications, production is restricted. If the athlete is no longer sufficiently supplied with ubiquinol, performance suffers, regeneration is significantly worse, and fatigue and chronic susceptibility to infections can also be consequences.

Targeted administration of ubiquinol (a reduced form of ubiquinone) can counteract this. This was shown by a double-blind, placebo-controlled study conducted at the Rhine-Ruhr Olympic Training Center in Essen. In conclusion, ubiquinol (Q10) improves recovery and can contribute to enhanced performance. Furthermore, the micronutrient is not considered doping. The recommended daily dose is between 100 and 300 mg.

Studies also show that ubiquinol protects against free radicals. It is considered a fat-soluble antioxidant and thus protects the cell membrane from oxygen radicals and oxidative stress. A study on young rugby players has shown that a daily intake of 200 mg of ubiquinol for one month can reduce intracellular levels of free radicals.

Among others, the following diseases are caused by attacks by free radicals:

- heart attack

- Stroke

- Arteriosclerosis

- Respiratory diseases

- Cancer

- Diabetes

- Blood vessel diseases
