Many people are familiar with poor vision and eye problems. The only solution: glasses or contact lenses. I haven't been able to bring myself to try either of them yet. And it had already gotten so bad for me that:

� I ran past friends and relatives on the street, sometimes really embarrassing.
I could only read Netflix subtitles if I was very close to the screen. So, it was quite a distance.

When I was given the pinhole glasses developed by doctors, I was happy because as soon as I put them on, I noticed my vision improved and my eyes relaxed. But I didn't think they would have such a lasting, positive impact on my life.

Pinhole glasses are a form of eye training. Worn once a day or several times a week at home, they not only help in the moment, but also train the eyes of those with poor vision so much that their vision gradually improves even without glasses.
For example, I sometimes take them outside when it's freezing cold if I want to see something particularly well, but that's not necessary. At home for a short time every now and then, it's enough.
