Matcha the remedy from TCM 🎈

The Japanese word "matcha" means "ground tea." However, the tea originally comes from China and was often used as a medicinal remedy by the Shaolin monks. In the 12th century, matcha tea culture was perfected in Japan.

The whole tea leaf is ground up and enjoyed, so you get more ingredients than in green tea 🍵.
