Our Share® Original plums are allowed to grow wild in a 150 km² bee sanctuary in Southeast Asia and are hand-picked. We then ferment the "Prunus mume," the fruit's botanical name, in its own juice for at least 30 months. 🟨
The recipe for this processing has been a closely guarded secret for decades. Our Share® Original plums are then coated with high-quality herbs (mulberry fruit, yerba mate, natural carotene extract). ✅
And because the best comes last, we package each plum airtight so that a further fermentation process can take place inside the packaging.
